Jelinda Gibson-Allen, Chief Artistic Director

Jelinda has 18 years of dance & gymnastics teaching experience. She has been dancing for 32 years. She is a 1993 Graduate of Kelly School of Dance & Gymnastics. Her participation in several local, regional, and national dance competitions throughout her dance career adds unprecidented value to the staff. Jelinda has served as an Expert judge for several state events. She is a former liturgical dance instructor, 1999 Miss Black Texas Pageant Coordinator, Miss Southern University 1999-2000 (Baton Rouge Campus), and a 1995 Graduate of St. Mary's Academy.
She is currently a member of St. Peter Claver Church, where she serves as the Sacred Dance Ministry Coordinator.

Marinda Lee, Dance Instructor

Marinda is a New Orleans Native and NOCCA graduate. Marinda began her journey of dance at Sarell's School of Dance, which is currently located in Texas.
She studied 3 years of ballet at NOBA.
She has performed with Allabatu, Bamboula 2000, Crescent City Choreography, Judy Legier liturgical dancers, and other various local artists.

Currently, she is a cast member of The Origins of Life on Earth - Winner of the 2007 & 2008 Big Easy Best Ethnic Dance production.

Amber Kelly, Gymnastics Coach

Amber started taking gymnastics when she was 6 years old. She became a part of the competitive team when she was 9, and went on to compete in over 30 competitive meets. She has won 13 trophies and 103 medals. Her specialty is tumbling, which is why the floor apparatus has always been her favorite. In 2006, she became a member of the Westbank Dynamites competitive cheerleading team, in which she capitalized on her tumbling skills. She became one of the main tumblers and went on to compete with the team for two consecutive years, helping them win first place titles in almost every meet in which they competed. She is also an all around athlete having participated in track and field, cross country, and basketball. Amber graduated from Xavier Prep in 2008 as her class Salutatorian. She excelled in all of her classes and has won numerous academic awards. She was Senior Class President and was voted Most Versatile. She is currently attending the University of New Orleans, where she is a member of the cheerleading squad.

Patricia Gibson- Bierria, Business Manager

Ms. Pat has been with the company since it started in 2003. She is a certified tax preparer and owner of Jelmalco Tax Service.
